well i dont even know if i should be posting cuz i got just got invited but imo resmok does have the required experience and as for these blue items in his gear i do believe that he can change it - just needs luck in karazhan and according to the guild forums its on farming atm so he can acquire em pretty soon imo .

from the other hand generally speaking a chain healer is always needed in raids especially in 25 man raids
